1. Open your preferred web browser and log into your Instagram account.
2. Click on your Profile icon.
3. Select Settings from the profile options.
4. On the left menu, click Login Activity.
5. A list of locations where your account is logged in will appear. The device with the Active Now label indicates your current session.
6. To end a session, click the drop-down arrow next to the location.
7. Click on the Log Out button.
8. A confirmation prompt will appear, along with an option to change your password. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed by an unauthorized person, you can change your password at this stage.

Checking and Removing Instagram Login Devices (Mobile App)
To check and remove logged-in devices from the Instagram mobile app, follow these steps:
1. Open the Instagram app and tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
2. On your profile page, tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
3. From the menu, select Settings.
4. In the Settings menu, tap Security.
5. On the Security screen, tap Login Activity.
6. The next screen will display all the devices and locations where your Instagram account is logged in.
7. Tap the three dots next to any unfamiliar or unwanted session and select Log Out.
