1. Click the Start button and select Settings.
2. In the Settings app, navigate to the Accessibility tab.
3. On the right side, click on Contrast themes.
4. From the Contrast themes drop-down menu, select a theme from the list. Then, click the Edit button to customize it.
5. You will see various editable elements on-screen. Adjust the font color options, which will also change the color of the icon labels.
6. After making your changes, click Save as to save the theme. Name your theme and click Save and Apply.

How to Enable/Disable Drop Shadows for Desktop Icon Text

2. In the RUN dialog box, paste the following command and click OK:

5. If you prefer not to have drop shadows, uncheck the box and click OK.
