How to Add Notes on Instagram Posts or Reels
To leave Notes on Instagram Posts or Reels, ensure that you have updated the Instagram app on your Android or iPhone. Simply head to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to update the app. Once you’re set, follow these steps:

1. Open the Instagram app on your Android or iPhone.
2. Find the post where you want to leave a note.
3. Tap the Send icon.
4. In the menu that appears, select Add Note.
5. Write your note, choose your audience, and tap Share.
