Google Bard Gets Image Generator and Gemini Pro Update

Search engine giant Google on Thursday announced that it is bringing new capabilities to its Bard chatbot via its Gemini Pro AI (artificial intelligence) model.

Google Bard Gets Image Generator And Gemini Pro Update

With the recent update, Google’s Bard chatbot gets an AI image generation feature. Also, the Bard chatbot, integrated with Gemini Pro, is now available in more than 40 languages and more than 230 countries and territories.

The Large Model Systems Organization, which is renowned for assessing language models and chatbots in various languages, revealed recently that Bard with Gemini Pro is among the most popular chatbots available worldwide (either for free or at a cost), recognizing that it has advanced to a “stunning leap.”

Another noteworthy development is the addition of more than 40 languages to Bard’s “double-check feature,” which enables users to assess the chatbot’s responses and enhance the learning process. By selecting the “G” icon, Bard determines whether any content on the internet supports the response it has provided, and users can click the highlighted phrases to learn more about the information that Search has found and whether it contradicts it.

With the integration of Gemini Pro, Bard now offers image generation in English across most countries globally at no cost. This novel feature is powered by Google’s updated ‘Imagen 2 model,’ which is designed to balance quality and speed, delivering high-quality, photorealistic outputs.

Users can put in “create an image of a dog riding a surfboard,” for instance, and Bard will generate original, different photos to demonstrate the idea. Interested parties can now experiment with creating AI images within Bard’s conversational chatbot by visiting https://bard.google.com.

Additionally, Bard uses SynthID to add digitally identifiable watermarks to created image pixels so that viewers may distinguish between images taken by Bard and real human artwork.

Furthermore, Google has enforced stringent policies aimed at limiting information that is violent, offensive, or sexually explicit. learn more
